How it works
Talk with your team parents and/or representative to assess interest in this product for your team(s).
Collect your most up-to-date roster with every player’s name and number.
Collect team logo files (if you have one; otherwise we create two options for you) and any team colors outside of club colors. If you are using a club logo,* please indicate which.
Select a ball design. Decide if you want a game ball (only team logo, match quality ball) included.
Fill out the order form.
Review and select artwork concept from two provided options. Pay 50% deposit.
Sit tight and enjoy your season! Balls are in production and we’ll reach out to arrange a pickup date.**
*We can also use a club logo with club permission.
**Balls are produced and shipped internationally. While we create order timelines to optimize delivery before season-end, delays can happen and we will update you if it occurs. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Spring 2026 Ordering
March 15, 2026: ORDER DEADLINE
March 24, 2026: two artwork concepts delivered
March 28, 2026: Your selection, approval, and 50% deposit is due
Late May: Balls available for pickup.* 50% balance due
We know this timeframe is earlier than you would think about planning for season-end, but designing, printing, and shipping is a multi-faceted process that takes time. We want to do our best to ensure a timely delivery for all teams involved.
*Balls are produced internationally and shipped overseas. While we have a timeline to receive the balls by the end of May, delays can happen and we will update you if this occurs. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Price: $35/ball.
If everyone on your team orders, you receive a game ball free!Order minimum: 8 balls.
Sizes available: 5, 4, and 3.
Sales tax will be additional and calculated for your order.
*Game balls do not have any player names or numbers on the ball; only team logo. It's a slightly higher quality and is intended for match play. This will also be charged at $35/ball UNLESS everyone on your team orders a ball; then it is free!
Leagues/High School Teams
We can create custom orders for full leagues/high school teams in the offseason for you to have your balls at the beginning of the season rather than at the end. Please indicate that on your interest form selection below and we will review your request and let you know if it’s possible.
