How it Works

Process

  1. Your team manager works with us to design the ball & submits your team roster

  2. We create your private team order page

  3. Each family pays in full via your team’s private link

  4. We produce + deliver for your season end.*

    **Balls are produced and shipped internationally. While we create order timelines to optimize delivery before season-end, delays can happen and we will update you if it occurs. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Pricing

  • Price: $35/ball + local sales tax
    Local pickup: free
    Direct shipping: $14/ball

  • Minimum: 8 balls/team

  • Sizes available: 5, 4, and 3.

Fall 2026 Ordering

  • September 9, 2026: ORDER DEADLINE

  • By September 21, 2026: Two artwork concepts delivered to team manager

  • Within 48 hours of artwork delivery: Selection and approval due. Private team payment link goes live.

  • ~One week after payment link opens: payment deadline
    (specified for each team)

  • Late October-Early November:* Balls available for pickup or shipment.

    We know this timeframe is earlier than you would think about planning for season-end, but designing, printing, and shipping is a multi-faceted process that takes time. We want to do our best to ensure a timely delivery for all teams involved.

    *Balls are produced internationally and shipped overseas. While we have a timeline to receive the balls towards the end of your season, delays can happen and we will update you if this occurs. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Club Directors & Administrators

We partner with Colorado soccer clubs to offer a custom club-branded ball that families order individually online: no team coordinator, no team minimums, no bulk orders to manage.

We design a ball together with your colors and logo and list it on our website with a direct purchase link. Parents enter their player's name and number at checkout and pay directly online. You distribute the link. We handle the rest.

As a club partner, 5% of all revenue from your club's orders goes back to your scholarship or player development fund—turning every purchase into a small act of community support.

To qualify, we ask that your club:

  • Share a digital flyer in your parent email newsletter

  • Collaborate on two social media posts across both of our platforms with a direct purchase link

  • Share the offering at a club-wide touchpoint, such as a team manager meeting

Fall Partnership deadline: August 1, 2026

  • $35/ball + local sales tax

  • Families order individually — minimum 10 individual family orders club-wide to launch

  • Fall 2026 individual order deadline: September 9

  • Local pickup included. Prefer balls shipped directly? Families can add on shipping for $14 at checkout.

We can create custom orders for full leagues and school teams in the offseason for you to have your balls at the beginning of the season rather than at the end. Please indicate that on your interest form selection below and we will review your request and let you know if it’s possible.
