1. Custom Orders

All Unique Balls products are custom manufactured based on the specifications approved by the customer, including colors, team names, player names, numbers, and design elements. Because each product is made specifically for the customer, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup. The deposit covers design work and manufacturing costs and is non-refundable once production has started, except in the event that the order is not delivered.

3. Proof Approval

Customers will receive a digital proof sheet prior to production. The proof will display the design, colors, player names, numbers, and other order specifications. By approving the proof, the customer confirms that all information is correct and authorizes Unique Balls to produce the order exactly as shown. Unique Balls is not responsible for spelling errors, roster mistakes, numbering issues, or other inaccuracies that were present in the approved proof.

4. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate player names, numbers, and team information. Unique Balls is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer. The person placing the order represents that they are authorized to approve designs and submit player information on behalf of the team.

5. Manufacturing Variations

Due to the nature of custom printing and manufacturing, minor variations in color, print placement, or surface finish may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

6. Manufacturing Errors

If a manufacturing or printing error occurs that differs materially from the approved proof, Unique Balls will work with the manufacturer to determine an appropriate resolution. Possible resolutions may include replacement items, partial credit, or a discount on a future order at the discretion of Unique Balls.

7. Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, shipping delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of Unique Balls’ control.

8. Lost or Missing Shipments

If an order is lost in transit or fails to arrive, Unique Balls will work with the shipping carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue and ensure the customer receives their order.

9. Inspection of Orders

Customers should inspect orders at the time of pickup or shortly after delivery. Any manufacturing concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

10. Intellectual Property

All design files and artwork created by Unique Balls remain the property of Unique Balls unless otherwise agreed in writing. Team names, club logos, and other third-party trademarks remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. These marks may be reproduced on products solely for the purpose of fulfilling a custom team order. The customer placing the order represents that they have authorization to use any team names, logos, or trademarks included in the design.
