$50 Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This drawing is sponsored by Unique Balls, a DBA of Grinstead Design Collective Ltd. (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Dick’s Sporting Goods.

2. Eligibility

The drawing is open to:

• Legal residents of the United States

• 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Attendees of the Real Colorado Spring Classic 2026 event

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The drawing begins on March 7 at 9am and ends on March 8 at 5pm (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Provide their full name

• Provide a valid email address

• Submit entry via the official entry form at the Sponsor’s booth during the Entry Period

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) $50 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50

Prize is:

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• Subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random on March 9, 2026.

Winner will be notified via the email address provided.

If:

• The winner does not respond within 48 hours

• The email is returned as undeliverable

• The winner is deemed ineligible

An alternate winner may be selected.

7. Email & Marketing Consent

By entering, participants agree to:

• Receive email communications from Unique Balls regarding products, promotions, and future events.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in email communications.

Sponsor will not sell or share personal information with third parties.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name and last initial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

• Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or inaccurate entry information

• Technical failures

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless:

• Unique Balls, a DBA of Grinstead Design Collective, Ltd.

• Dick’s Sporting Goods

from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the drawing or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Governing Law

This drawing is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
